Superior PLUS Realtors present the Coffee & Dessert Tasting

Habitat for Humanity Lima Area is thrilled to be joined by Vibe Coffeehouse & Café, The Meeting Place on Market, and Sara’s Sweets for an afternoon of coffee and dessert tastings this fall during our Second Annual Support Drive sponsered by Superior PLUS Realtors.

Dr. Carlton McLellan owner of Vibe, Jennifer Brogee owner of The Meeting Place, and Sara Anderson, owner of Sara’s Sweets will be talking about each coffee and dessert they bring as you have the opportunity to compare coffees and pair desserts while recording tasting notes. You will learn about the different tasting notes between roasts as well as varied techniques to make coffee while you watch them demonstrate preparing the coffee for you. You will also learn about the bakery selections Sara has chosen to pair with each coffee. She will also be bringing two unique items not sold in her bakery.

Habitat for Humanity is excited to share our vision for the upcoming year during this event as we celebrate the local coffee and bakery culture that continues to grow here in Lima.

You won’t want to miss this unique event on October 19th from 2-4 at the City Club in Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center. Tickets are $35 each or two for $60, because of the unique nature of this event, seats will be limited to 100.
